Cultivate Recovery is the leading health and wellness facility at Newcastle and Singleton. At Cultivate, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to help all individuals live pain-free lives and optimise their overall health and well-being.
Our range of services includes manual therapy services in the form of Osteopathy and Remedial Massage as well as the following recovery services:
Spot Cryotherapy (Newcastle only): This innovative therapy involves targeted application of extreme cold to joints or muscles to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and promote healing.
Normatec Compression Boots: NormaTec synergistically combines three distinct massage techniques to speed the body’s normal recovery process: pulsing compression, gradients, and distal release. These help to enhance circulation, reduce swelling and accelerate recovery.
Oxygen Therapy (Newcastle only): Our hyperbaric chambers provide a controlled environment with increased oxygen levels. Under higher atmospheric pressure, additional oxygen is dissolved into the blood plasma and increased oxygen in the plasma leads to higher amounts of oxygen being delivered to the body’s tissues, organs and brain.
Ice Baths and Infrared Saunas: These therapies offer benefits such as reducing inflammation, relieving muscle soreness, and promoting relaxation.
